The soul of our journey rests upon the inspiration of Astrologer Pandit Basant Vyas “Vedacharya” Ji, a revered scholar, spiritual guide, and father of our Founder, Shri Binod Mishra.

Our Legacy — A Tradition Rooted in Vedic Heritage

Our lineage belongs to the respected Sakdwipiya Brahmins of Kashyap Gotra, renowned for their profound understanding of Vedic scriptures and spiritual traditions. Though our family surname is Mishra, Pandit Basant Vyas Ji earned the revered title “Vyas” during his early years as a Ramayan Kathavachak, honoring his deep devotion to sacred knowledge.

With over 45 years of experience in Vedic Astrology, Palmistry, Vastu Shastra, Numerology, and Vedic Rituals (Karmkand), Pandit Ji’s teachings form the guiding foundation of Astro Star Talk. His mastery over the Rigveda, Samaveda, Yajurveda, Atharvaveda, and scriptures such as the Bhagavad Gita and Ramayana has shaped decades of authentic spiritual service.

Carrying forward the legacy of his father, Late Pandit Shri Nagnath Mishra, who served the people of Ranchi for more than forty years, Pandit Basant Vyas Ji established Prabha Shree Jyotish Kendra in 1980, building a trusted and loyal community of devotees across India and abroad.

Our Founder — Continuing a Divine Calling

Shri Binod Mishra, Founder & Director of Astro Star Talk, is a seasoned global Finance and Accounts professional holding a Master of Commerce (Accountancy) and an MBA (Finance), with leadership experience in multinational organizations.

Despite a successful corporate career, his heart remained deeply connected to the spiritual path of his father and grandfather. Witnessing countless accurate predictions and real-life transformations strengthened his inner calling to carry this legacy forward.

Guided by strong intuition and devotion, he formally pursued Vedic studies and completed a Master’s degree in Astrology from Ranchi University. His younger brother, Gaurav Kumar, also earned a Master’s in Astrology, along with qualifications in Master of English and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Together, the family continues to uphold and expand the sacred Vedic tradition.
