2. Booking a Consultation

b) Booking Process

c) Fees

Fees vary by expert, type, and duration. All fees include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed before consultation.

3. Consultation Procedure

• Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance
• Palmistry uses hand analysis and can be conducted online with images

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

a) User-Initiated

Cancellations at least 24h in advance: full refund/reschedule. Less than 24h: partial/no refund.

b) Platform-Initiated

If Astro Star Talk reschedules due to unforeseen events, users get full refund or alternate booking.

5. Refund Policy

Prepaid consultations canceled 24h+ in advance: fully refundable. Completed, partially completed, or late cancellations: non-refundable. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

All consultation data is confidential and used only for service purposes under our Privacy Policy. No third-party sharing without consent, unless required by law.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Astrology and palmistry are advisory. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Users are responsible for their own decisions. Services are provided “as is,” without warranties.
