At Astro Star Talk, we are committed to providing our customers with a satisfying experience for all astrology services, gemstone purchases, customized remedies, and related products. This policy explains when returns, refunds, and exchanges are allowed and the process to follow.
1. Scope of this Policy
This policy applies to:
- Online astrology services (consultations, personalized reports, remedies)
- Physical products (gemstones, jewelry, rudraksh, spiritual items)
- Digital products (e-books, downloadable content, charts)
Note: Some personalized astrology services may not be eligible for refund. See Section 4.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Physical Products
- Product defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
- Product does not match the description on our website
- Request made within 7 days of receipt
Non-eligible: Customized gemstones/jewelry, opened/used items, or misuse/damage by customer.
2.2 Digital Products & Services
Digital services, consultations, or downloads are non-refundable once delivered, except in case of technical errors (e.g., incomplete or corrupted files). Requests must be submitted within 48 hours.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process
Contact us with your order ID, purchase details, and reason. Our team will review within 3–5 business days.
3.2 Refund Timeline
- Bank/Cards: 5–7 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 3–5 business days
3.3 Partial Refunds
Issued if product is partially used/damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product was defective.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Eligibility
Allowed only for physical products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Replacement sent after we receive the original product.
4.2 Process
- Contact support within 7 days with proof of defect
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Ship product with original packaging and accessories
- Replacement dispatched within 5–7 business days
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel before shipment. If shipped, follow the return/exchange process.
6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Customer bears return shipping costs unless product was defective/damaged. Use trackable shipping or insurance. Astro Star Talk is not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit.

7. Important Notes
- Accuracy: Refunds not applicable if astrology predictions/gemstone effects don’t meet expectations.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters or events beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Scope of This Policy
Applies to all services including astrology consultations (chat, call, video), personalized reports, gemstones, remedies, and vastu consultations.
2. Cancellation by Customers
a) Prepaid Services
- Consultation sessions:
– 24 hrs before session → Full refund (minus transaction fees)
– Less than 24 hrs → 50% refund
– After session starts → No refund - Digital products: Refund only if not accessed or downloaded.
- Gemstones/products:
– Before shipment → Full refund
– After shipment → Return policy applies
b) Subscription Services
Can be cancelled anytime. Refunds for unused periods depend on whether services were accessed.
3. Cancellation by Astro Star Talk
We may cancel due to technical issues, astrologer unavailability, violation of Terms, or fraudulent transactions. Refund: Full refund within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method (transaction charges may apply).
6. Partial Cancellation & Rescheduling
Allowed for multi-session bookings. One free reschedule per booking; further changes may incur charges.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Service already completed
- No-show without notice
- Digital reports already delivered
- Change of mind after service starts
